Preparation

These BIO cookies combine the health benefits of chia seeds and whole grains, offer a crispy texture, and are ideal for health-conscious consumers.

Preparation of BIO Cookies with Cereals and Chia Seeds for 50 Servings

  1. Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Making the dough: In a large bowl, mix BIO-Haferflocken Großblatt, BIO-Weizenmehl, BIO-Roggenmalz Quellmehl, BIO-Weizenvollkornmehl and BIO-Zimt gemahlen.
  3. Mixing liquid ingredients: In a separate bowl, stir BIO-Sonnenblumen-KERNÖL, BIO-Zucker weiß (=BIO-Rübenzucker aus Österreich), BIO-Sirup Pulver Dextrose DE97 and water into a homogeneous mass.
  4. Combining the dough: Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well. Add BIO-Chiasamen and BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz).
  5. Adding leavening agents: Fold Natron Speisesoda, für Biorezepte and BIO-Backpulver Reinweinstein into the dough.
  6. Shaping and baking: Divide the dough into small portions and place on the baking tray. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cookies are golden brown.
  7. Cooling down: Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on a rack.
