These gluten-free BIO date cookies offer a delicious combination of natural sweetness and spicy note, ideal for health-conscious customers. The simple recipe allows for cost-effective production in large quantities.
Preparation of BIO Date Cookies gluten-free for 50 pieces
- Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Making the dough: In a large bowl, mix 450 g BIO-Buchweizen Körner geschält, 210 g BIO-Datteln ohne Kern, 100 g BIO-Maisstärke nativ, 100 g BIO-Volleipulver, 100 g BIO-Sirup classic DE60, 10 g BIO-Zimt gemahlen and 5 g BIO-Zitronenschalenöl.
- Adding fat: Add 200 g of non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (sunflower oil, cocoa butter) and process everything into a smooth dough.
- Shaping and baking: Place small portions of dough on the baking tray with a spoon and press lightly flat. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes until the cookies are golden brown.
- Cooling: Remove cookies from the oven and let them cool completely on a cake rack.
