Preparation

This BIO spread combines fresh garden herbs with the mild freshness of cucumbers, ideal for commercial distribution with long shelf life and versatile application.

Preparation of BIO Herb Cream Spread Cucumber for 20 servings

  1. Preparation: Cut cucumbers into small cubes. Finely chop chives, parsley, basil, and wild garlic.
  2. Soaking: Soak BIO-Sonnenblumenkerne in water for 2 hours. Then drain.
  3. Mixing: In a high-performance blender, process BIO-Sonnenblumenkerne, BIO-Sonnenblumen-KERNÖL, cucumber cubes, BIO-Apfelsaftkonzentrat Apfeldicksaft, BIO-Zitronensaftkonzentrat, BIO-Essig, Apfelessig 5%, and BIO-Salz, unjodiert (Atlantik Meersalz) into a smooth mixture.
  4. Adding herbs: Fold the chopped herbs and BIO-Zwiebelpulver into the mixture.
  5. Seasoning: Season with additional salt and lemon juice to taste.
  6. Filling: Fill the cream into sterilized jars and seal airtight.
  7. Storage: Store cool to ensure shelf life.
