This vegan protein bar offers a balanced combination of plant-based protein and healthy fats. It is ideal for the snack market, as it is filling and nutritious.

Preparation of BIO Vegan Hazelnut Protein Bars for 20 bars

  1. Prepare ingredients: Finely chop the BIO-Dates without core and mix in a large bowl with BIO-Coconut oil cold pressed, native and BIO-Cocoa powder raw 10 – 12 % alkalized.
  2. Make protein mix: Add BIO-Pea granulate textured and BIO-Rice protein powder to the bowl and mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  3. Add tahini and hazelnuts: Stir in BIO-Hazelnut paste and BIO-Hazelnuts ground 0-2 mm to achieve a uniform consistency.
  4. Incorporate chocolate pieces: Gently fold in BIO-Chocolate drops, dark.
  5. Shape the mass: Press the mixture into a rectangular shape and distribute evenly.
  6. Chill: Place the mold in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until the mass is firm.
  7. Cut and package: Cut into 20 equal bars and package airtight.
